Is this a safe way to lose weight?

I am 6’2″ 379 pounds. For the past month I have been eating 1500 calories a day (2000-2500 on weekends), weight training 3 days a week, cardio 5 days a week, and taking ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin supplement twice a day except on weekends.

I’ve lost 10 pounds so far and am noticing muscle increase.

Starting this week, in addition to everything else I’m doing, I plan to begin taking a Flaxseed oil pill three times a day and drinking green tea twice a day. I also might up my calories to 1700.

Is this an optimal way to Increase Metabolism And Lose Weight/build muscle?

dont plan on upping the cals on weekends id stay at 2000cals for ur size for now 1500cals is very strict for u but if it works hey keep it up
it’s safe yes and very healthy i might add accept the flaxseed have 1 time a day before bed w/ a cup of cottage cheese it will have u burning fat while u sleep! but keep that up looks good
